Terms of service

Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of Conarian and any purchase you make. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Use of the site

You may browse the catalog and buy products for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers’ accounts or files, or circumvent the download and entitlement system. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the store.

Orders and pricing

Each product is sold at the single fixed price shown on its page in US dollars. By placing an order you agree to pay that amount through the payment method you select. We may update prices and product availability at any time, but changes never affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Polar as the merchant of record, including the collection and remittance of applicable taxes. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments and are confirmed on-chain. Crypto transactions are irreversible once broadcast; please send the exact amount on the correct network shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your card details or wallet keys.

Digital goods and license

Every product is a digital file delivered to your account once payment is confirmed. Unless a product page states otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or repackage the files — in whole or in part — as your own product.

Delivery and access

Paid orders unlock immediately in your orders, where you can re-download at any time using freshly generated, short-lived links. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files; we aim to keep purchases available indefinitely but do not guarantee perpetual hosting.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Self-service password recovery is not currently available, so we recommend a password manager. You can change your password while signed in from account security.

Refunds

Digital goods are non-refundable by default, with limited exceptions for broken or incorrectly delivered files. See the refund policy for the full terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conarian is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
