Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026. We keep this short and plain because we collect very little. This page explains what we store, why, and who else is involved when you buy something.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address, your first and last name, and a securely hashed version of your password — never the password itself. As you shop we store the items in your cart and a record of the orders you place. That is the extent of the personal data we hold.

Payment data

We do not collect or store payment details. Card payments are handled by Polar (the merchant of record) and crypto payments by NOWPayments. Your card numbers and wallet keys go directly to those providers over their own secure, hosted checkouts — we only receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded so we can unlock your file.

Cookies

We use two first-party cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cart cookie that remembers items you added before signing in. We also store your light/dark theme preference locally in your browser. There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use your data

We use your information only to operate the store: to authenticate you, process and deliver your orders, grant access to files you have purchased, and respond when you contact support. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share only what is necessary with the payment providers required to process your order (Polar and NOWPayments), and with the infrastructure that hosts the store. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Retention

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account exists, so your purchases stay available for re-download. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we will remove it, subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
