Refund policy

Last updated: June 2026. Everything we sell is a digital file delivered instantly, which shapes how refunds work. Please read this before you buy.

Digital goods are non-refundable by default

Because files are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once a product has been unlocked in your account. Each product page includes a preview and a clear description so you know exactly what you are buying.

When we will make it right

If a file is broken, corrupted, materially not as described, or you were charged for the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first try to fix or replace the file; if we cannot, we will issue a refund for that item.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you were charged twice for the same item, or bought something by mistake and have not downloaded it, get in touch and we will sort it out.

Crypto payments

Crypto payments are confirmed on the blockchain and are irreversible. An underpayment, an overpayment, or a transfer sent on the wrong network may not confirm automatically — always follow the exact amount and network shown on the hosted checkout. If a crypto payment gets stuck or you overpaid, contact us with your order and transaction details and we will help resolve it. Approved crypto refunds are returned to the wallet address you send from, less any network fees.

How to request a refund

Reach us from the Contact link in the footer with your account email and order number, and a short note on what went wrong. We aim to respond within one to two business days. Card refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Polar and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
