How can I pay?

By card or in crypto. Card payments run through Polar (the merchant of record); crypto payments run through NOWPayments and support major coins including Bitcoin, Solana, Polkadot, and USDT. You choose your method at checkout — both are secure, hosted flows, and we never see your card or wallet keys.

How quickly is my order delivered?

As soon as the payment confirms, your order is marked paid and the file unlocks in your account. Card payments confirm almost instantly; crypto payments confirm once the network has enough confirmations — usually a few minutes, depending on the coin and network congestion.

How do I download my files?

From your account. Open your orders and use the download link on any paid order. Download links are generated fresh each time and expire shortly after, so you can come back and re-download whenever you need to — there is no fixed download limit.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You can add items to your cart as a guest, but you sign in (or create an account) before paying so your purchases have a permanent home. Your cart carries over once you sign in.

What license do I get?

Unless a product page states otherwise, files are licensed for your own use — personal or within your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the files as your own. See the Terms for the full wording.

Can I get a refund?

Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, but if a file is broken or you received the wrong product we will make it right. Read the full refund policyfor details and how to reach us.

What if I send the wrong crypto amount or use the wrong network?

Crypto payments are confirmed by the blockchain, so an underpayment or a transfer on the wrong network may not confirm automatically. Follow the amount and network shown on the hosted checkout exactly. If a payment gets stuck, contact us from the footer with your order details and we will help.

Can I reset my password?

Self-service password reset is not available yet, so we recommend storing your password in a password manager. If you are locked out, reach us from the Contact link in the footer. You can change your password any time while signed in from account security.

How do I get in touch?
